I have two decks that are both second story and engineered… I thought I would go bare-bones, salvage what we could of the frame and use wood instead of composite. However, the quote Ben gave me for completely new frames and composite decking was within my budget. Elijah even worked with Regional Building to get approval for a less expensive engineering alternative. And both decks turned out incredible. Better than I could have hoped.
