Before we design, we check HOA rules, zoning, building codes, and site conditions. This tells us what is possible.
Our team uses what we learned on site to create a first design for your space.
We show you the design and give you a detailed quote. It lists the scope, the budget, and any costs we can see ahead, so there are no surprises.
We fine-tune the design together. You review materials and samples, and we adjust until it fits your style and budget.
Once the details are set, we finish the design and answer your last questions. Then we sign the agreement and book your spot on our schedule.
You will meet your Project Coordinator and get access to our customer portal. Our team will review every detail before work begins.
On your start date, our in-house crew gets to work. They keep you updated through the whole build.
At the end, we walk the finished project with you. We fix any last items on the punch list and celebrate the result.
