Steps to Your Landscape/Outdoor Project

From the first site visit to long-term support, our process is designed to give homeowners clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Every step is built around thoughtful planning, transparent communication, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Initial Site Visit & Assessment

We start with a visit to your home. We learn what you want, look at your space, and take measurements.

Feasibility Study

Before we design, we check HOA rules, zoning, building codes, and site conditions. This tells us what is possible.

Initial Design

Our team uses what we learned on site to create a first design for your space.

Quote & Design Delivery

We show you the design and give you a detailed quote. It lists the scope, the budget, and any costs we can see ahead, so there are no surprises.

Review & Selections

We fine-tune the design together. You review materials and samples, and we adjust until it fits your style and budget.

Final Design & Agreement

Once the details are set, we finish the design and answer your last questions. Then we sign the agreement and book your spot on our schedule.

Preliminary Project Prep

You will meet your Project Coordinator and get access to our customer portal. Our team will review every detail before work begins.

Project Start

On your start date, our in-house crew gets to work. They keep you updated through the whole build.

Punchlist & Victory Lap

At the end, we walk the finished project with you. We fix any last items on the punch list and celebrate the result.

Warranty & Long-Term Support

After the build, we stand behind our work. If something needs attention, we are here to help.
