From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, Genesis Group follows a proven approach designed to keep homeowners informed, organized, and confident at every stage. Our process helps turn ideas into well-planned outdoor spaces while keeping quality, communication, and customer satisfaction at the center.
We begin with an in-person visit to understand your vision, evaluate your space, take measurements, and document the details needed to plan your project with confidence.
Before moving into design, we review key project requirements such as HOA rules, zoning, building codes, site conditions, and other technical details to confirm what is possible.
Using the information gathered on-site, our team creates an initial custom design concept that helps bring your outdoor living vision into focus.
We present your design and provide a detailed quote that outlines the expected project scope, budget, and foreseeable costs so you know exactly what to expect.
Together, we fine-tune the design, review material options, explore samples, and make adjustments so the project reflects your style, goals, and investment comfort level.
Once the details are confirmed, we finalize the design, answer any remaining questions, complete the agreement, and secure your place on the project schedule.
You’ll be introduced to your Project Coordinator, gain access to the customer portal, and our internal team will align on the details before construction begins.
When your start date arrives, our informed in-house crew gets to work with consistency, professionalism, and clear communication throughout the build.
As the project wraps up, we complete a final walkthrough with you, review the punchlist, confirm the details, and celebrate the finished result.
